You can either contact us or register on-line to ensure you are kept abreast with all new properties that meet your requirements. 

• Registration
  Contact Us or Register On-line where one of our members of staff will register your details and identify your specific requirements needed   
   
• Properties
  Once registered we will either e-mail or contact you with a selection of suitable properties for you to view & also a convenient viewing time will be arranged. 
   
• Viewings 
  All viewings will be accompanied by a member of staff at all times.   
   
• Selecting a Property
  When a suitable property is found some details about you will be taken & a 1 weeks holding deposit. The offer will then be presented to the Landlord.  
   
• Acceptance
  Once a suitable offer is accepted by the Landlord further details & references will be taken and the offer letters will be sent out the relevant parties.  
   
• Contracts
  Once suitable references are then obtained a tenancy agreements will be drafted and signed by both landlord and tenant.   
   
• Commencement
  An inventory may be done upon your move in & your tenancy will commence, welcome & enjoy your new home.
