Procedure of Renting
- Valuation:Contact Us or Request On-line where one of our experienced members of staff arrange a mutually suitable time to visit your property.
- Properties: Once instructed multiple photographs and a detailed floor plan
will be taken and with completion of that your property will be exposed to all marketing means available through us.
- Viewings: All viewings will be accompanied by a member of staff at all times.
- Offer on your property: If a suitable prospective tenant is found an offer will be presented to you and once accepted comprehensive references will be obtained including proof of identification, a security deposit will be taken from the prospective tenant showing commitment to move into your property.
- Contracts: Once the referencing are complete they will be presented to you for your approval, the tenancy agreements will be drafted and signed by both landlord and tenant.
- Commencement: Before your tenancy begins you will be asked if a Inventory is required which will include photos & meter reading of your property. Also if a Gas Safty Certificate is required - both these can be arranged. This will enable a smooth commencement of your tenancy.
- The deposit will then be registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme & all the paperwork are sen to both parties.
