• Properties
  Once registered we will either e-mail or contact you with a selection of suitable properties for you to view & also a convenient viewing time will be arranged. 

• Viewings
  All viewings will be accompanied by a member of staff at all times.

• Selecting a Property
  When a suitable property is found some details about you will be taken & the offer will be presented to the Vendor.

• Acceptance
  Once a suitable offer is received & accepted by the Vendor further details will be taken and the memorandums of sale will be sent out the relevant parties.
• Your solicitors & mortgage advisor will then contact you to advise you accordingly..
